About the Role
Harvest Group is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales department to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide administrative support to the sales team.
– Process and capture customer orders accurately and timeously.
– Ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
– Liaise with internal departments (production, warehouse, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order flow.
– Follow up on orders, deliveries and outstanding information.
– Prepare quotations and assist with pricing as required.
– Maintain and update customer information and records.
– Assist with sales reports and analysis.
– Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
– Perform any other related duties as required.
Applicant Requirements
– Previous experience in a similar or administrative role (advantageous).
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
– Matric (minimum requirement).
